Problem Statement:
Project teams across the UK often face unexpected weather disruptions, leading to delays, inefficiencies, and increased operational costs. Currently, weather planning is manual and inconsistent, costing teams hours each week and risking project timelines.
Solution Approach:
Developed a Power BI dashboard that automatically pulls and visualizes 7-day weather forecasts for all active project locations across the UK. The dashboard updates daily and integrates with project schedules to support proactive decision-making.
